Stories Berry Berry Fool Recipe

 Storied Berry Berry Fool

Serves 4
A different twist on berries and cream...
1 package of lady fingers
8 ounces whipping cream
1/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoons raspberry jam
2 tablespoons chocolate syrup
4 ounces fresh raspberries
dark chocolate shavings
Fresh raspberries to garnish
Drizzle chocolate syrup on the bottom of a loaf pan and place half of the lady fingers in the
bottom and up the sides of the pan. Spread with jam. In pour heavy cream and sugar into high
speed blender and blend until cream is slightly stiff - should be about 30 seconds. If you don't
have a high speed blender, then blend in mixing bowl with beaters until stiff peaks form. Wash
berries and place in bowl and crush with spoon. Mix them into the cream lightly leaving some
of the areas of the cream white, and other areas red with the berries. Spread half of the berry
cream mixture into the loaf pan over the jam and then layer another layer of the lady fingers
and cover with remaining berry cream. Garnish with a small handful of berries on top and
chocolate shavings

Clotted Cream Recipe

I made Clotted Cream when I add Heavy Cream and Sugar when I make it in the bullet blender when I have it with Cranberry Scones.
